I merged two domains into a single Workspace account. Role addresses (info, sales, support) moved with their own mailboxes, and users switched to Gmail on the web and on their phones.
The migration tool marked one mailbox as “completed”, yet 4,400 emails had never arrived. That’s why the count check is part of every job: anything missing shows up before handover.
Emails that were already broken in the old system, opening blank with their content lost, were listed separately. Management could see clearly what was migrated and what had been broken from the start.
Frequently asked questions
Will we stop receiving email during the migration?
No. Until the MX record changes, mail keeps arriving in the old system; after that it arrives in Workspace. Anything in between is picked up by the final sync.
Who will be the admin of the account?
You. The main admin account is yours from day one and I am a second admin. When we are done you can remove my access.
How does payment work?
Half when we start, the rest on the day the MX record is switched. Payment by bank transfer or Payoneer, with an invoice.
What happens to emails that are already broken in the old system?
Emails that no longer open or have lost their content at the old provider cannot be migrated. I list them separately in the report, so you know what was broken from the start rather than wondering what went missing.
Can the whole job be done remotely?
Yes. All I need from you is access to your DNS panel and someone to pass the new passwords to your users.
