2. In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising services. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from third-party servers. I process personal data only as far as needed to run the website and handle your request.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, GitHub processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and browser information, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. For visitors in the EU/EEA the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website). Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

4. Quote request form

When you submit the form, I process the details you enter: name, email address, number of users and domains, your current email service and, if you choose, company, phone number and message. The data is passed through Google Apps Script to my Google Workspace mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

The purpose is to answer your request and prepare a quote; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). I delete the data once the request is closed. If it leads to an order, statutory retention periods for business records apply.

5. Email and WhatsApp

If you email me, I use your details to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared message; nothing is transmitted until you send the message yourself in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please use the form or email.

6. Storage in your browser

When you choose a language, the website saves that choice in your browser’s local storage (key “site-lang”) so the next visit opens in the same language. This information never leaves your device and you can delete it in your browser settings at any time. Without a saved choice, the page picks a language from your browser’s time zone and language setting; these are not transmitted either.

7. External links

The website links to other services such as Linktree. Data is only sent to them when you click a link, and they are responsible for it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to contact@fatihdemirsoy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
